Production Processes :
Collection of necessary information -
Material, size, thickness, quantity, lenticular effect, backing, packaging, delivery format are all necessary for prompt and accurate quotation etc..

Quotation -
Tailor-made quotation will be made within the same day if all necessary information is collected.

Confirmation of order -
Customer will place or confirm purchase order once the quoted price is accepted.

Sampling I (Inkjet proof) -
Inkjet proof will be provided to ensure that the initial lenticular effect is accepted. The usual working period will be around 5 working days.

Sampling II (Offset press proof) -
Offset press proof will be provided to ensure that both lenticular effect and printing colour are accepted. The usual working period will be around 7 working days after the approval of inkjet proof.

Production -
Production will start once the offset press proof is approved. The usual working period will be around 14 working days after the approval of offset press proof.

Terms of payment -
All questions are based on FOB HK Set up charge shall be paid in advance for sample making. 50% advance deposit and balance before shipment for mass production.

Delivery -
After the production is finished, we will deliver the products to the assigned local forwarder for all oversea customers. We would arrange free delivery for local customers in both Hong Kong and China (Shenzhen only).
